I had my mock driving test today. Apart from a slight, er, glitch at a roundabout, it went quite well. Still a couple of months until my actual test to work on the little things that the 'examiner' noticed.

Just posted the last chapter of Fragile. Am now going to sit here, chew my nails, and wait for reactions...

Went to see the Cowboy Bebop movie today. The day didn't start too well - argument with mother (yes, again), but I managed to get her to reconnect the net, so it was all right in the end. And it got much better after we went out. There were a surprising number of other people at the cinema, considering how long the movie's been out. Then again, the cinema was about the only one in London that seemed to be showing it. Anyhow, it was a good movie, and it was subbed rather than dubbed, which was a bonus. Then I treated myself to more Honor Harrington books, which seem to be my new addiction (I'm reading space opera by the bucketload at the moment...). So all in all, I think today might well go down in the 'plus' column.

In writing news, 'Wife' is almost done. No, really, I mean it this time. I'm working on the last scene, and fingers crossed, it should be done tonight.
